There are many factors that take part in how long a job will take. Generally speaking anywhere from 1.5 - 4 hours. It varies depending on what services we are doing and weather.

What is the white chalky appearance that I see on my siding?

Will the seals in my windows be damaged as a result of the cleaning?

Will the seals in my windows be damaged as a result of the cleaning?

That white chalky appearance is caused by oxidation of the surface from the sun's UV rays. While our cleaning will remove algae, moss, mold and mildew that is growing on the surface, it will not do much to remove the oxidation.

Will the seals in my windows be damaged as a result of the cleaning?

Will the seals in my windows be damaged as a result of the cleaning?

Our cleaning process produces the same pressure as a garden hose does.  As long as your window seals don't have any pre-existing leaks, no damage will result from our cleaning.
