It's dictated by mother nature and how wet the summer has been. Most of our customers are on a regular schedule of 2 to 3 years between cleanings. Since we use soaps to clean, the soaps and sanitizer kill the mold/algae that is growing on your siding and shingles.
We bring 250 gallons of water to every job, but we hook up to the customers water to supplement our tank.
If you do not want us to use your water, there's an additional fee.
The cleaning is not harmful. The soaps do all the work. They soften up the dirt and turn it into liquid which then washes off.
All invoices will be emailed to you. There will be a secure link to pay via credit card, or you can call in to pay over the phone with a credit card. We also accept checks and cash.
You do not need to be home. We just ask that you make sure your outside water is turned on, small and breakable items are moved away from the house along with any cars moved out of the driveway.
There are many factors that take part in how long a job will take. Generally speaking anywhere from 1.5 - 4 hours. It varies depending on what services we are doing and weather.
That white chalky appearance is caused by oxidation of the surface from the sun's UV rays. While our cleaning will remove algae, moss, mold and mildew that is growing on the surface, it will not do much to remove the oxidation.
Our cleaning process produces the same pressure as a garden hose does. As long as your window seals don't have any pre-existing leaks, no damage will result from our cleaning.
