It's dictated by mother nature and how wet the Summer has been. Most of our customers are on a regular schedule of 2 to 3 years between cleanings. Since we use soaps to clean, the soaps and sanitizer kill the mold/algae that is growing on your siding and shingles.
We bring 250 gallons of water to every job.
The cleaning is not harmful. The soaps do all the work. They soften up the dirt and turn it into liquid which then washes off.
All invoices will be emailed to you. There will be a secure link to pay via credit card, or you can call in to pay over the phone with a credit card. We also accept checks and cash.
You do not need to be home. We just ask that you make sure your outside water is turned on, small or breakable items are moved and any cars are moved out of the driveway.
There are many factors that play into how long it will take for the cleaning.
That white chalky appearance is caused by oxidation of the surface from the sun's UV rays. While our cleaning will remove algae, moss, mold and mildew that is growing on the surface, it will not do much to remove the oxidation.
Our cleaning process produces a garden hose pressure against your siding, windows and doors. As long as your don't have any pre-existing leaks, no damage will result from our cleaning.
